AUTOCLAVE HORIZONTAL

HIGH PRESSURE CYLINDRICAL The inner chamber, steam jacket, outer chamber and boiler are made of heavy gauze stainless steel with leak proof argon arc welding. The radical locking lid is made of thick S.S. plate. All units are hydraulically tested up to 40 P.S.I. the space between outer chamber and steam jacket is filled with asbestos sheet or glass wool to minimize the thermal losses. Steam boiler is fitted with water level indicator, pressure gauze, low water level cut off device and automatic pressure control device Indfoss Piezostat.

Hinging self locking S.S. door can not be opened when under pressure. The self locking S.S. door automatically disengages the thread mechanism when in operation or under pressure. Fitted with a dial  thermometer to indicate inner temperature and vacuum breaker to  break vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation. Two separate valves are provided with for evacuating steam from inner chamber and jacket as and when desired. To work on 440 volts, 3 phase supply.

The apparatus consists of a heating element within a conically shaped refractory crucible which is enclosed in a stainless steel cylindrical housing which form the support. (A) OIL BATH :

Double walled, outer made of Mild steel duly painted and consist of welded inner tank made of stainless steel, The bath is provided with two heater of 1KW each rating. Thermo Regulator is provided for temperature control by powerful induction motor drives the centrifugal pump. Temperature 5⁰C above ambient to 200⁰C.

Note : the use of the heat transfer oil & silicon for Temperature up to 200⁰C recommended. Paraffin wax may also be used up to 150⁰C,proided it is fill in to the bath after melting it outside at first working.

Made of heavy gauge mild steel sheet . fully welded completely leak proof .The bath is provided with runner heater made of imported oxidized 80/20. Nickle chromium wires of approximate gauge enclosed in sealed steel pipe at the bottom. The temperature  is control by energy regulator. The bath is specially design for outlet of 47 or 57 mm. DIA for bottom discharge with arrangement of oil seal to avoid the leakage problem provided with cool coil. The bath is duly painted inside chamber with heat resistance silver paint and outer wall finished with hammertoe color. One strong ,mild steel stand is provided middle of the bath where the flask can be easily and the stand also can be adjustable up or down according to adjustment of the out of flask, complete with and outlet cocks.

MINI CO₂ INCUBATOR

JASHBIN presents state of the art indigenous THERMOKJEL COD   digestion unit for analysis of  Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD) by Reflux Method in water, wastewater sludge etc.

The equipment uses the classical method of oxidation of samples, by refluxing with sulphuric acid and potassium dichromate. The Chemical Oxygen Demand is deduced from the amount of dichromate reduced and is expressed in milligrams of oxygen consumed per litre of sample.
