Application :

SANTROS (R) BACTERIOCIDE is a powerful chemical specially developed to inhibit the growth of bacteria during the milling process in sugar mills.

DOSAGES :

If used regularly, as PROPHYLACTIC, recommended dosage are 3 ppm.

ADDITION :

To be diluted in the ratio of 1:30. 50% of diluted solution to be added dropwise at first mill and remaining 50% at last mill. It can be used as a disinfectant during shutdowns. Half liter diluted to 15 liters can be sprayed wherever required.

PATROSE :

(BIO-BASED SUGAR DECOLORIZING ENZYMES)

APPLICATION & BENEFIT OF USING PATROSE

PATROSE : is an powder appearing bio-based enzymes specially formulated to reduce the unwanted non-color forming matters entering "A" Pan along with the juice during the production of sugar.

Cane juice is a solution of complex matters such as sucrose, reducing sugars, organic acids and coloring matters. During the process of sugar, products such as melanoidins, melanins, cerammals get formed and impart color to the juice. Along with such items non-sugar and non-color forming elements are also formed such as amino acids, polyphenols, reducing sugars and starch.

Even after passing juice through syrup sulphitation process, there is a vide possibility of carryover of coloring matters and also there is possibility of carryover of sulpher compounds. PATROSE is formulated with the view of such problems keeping in mind., PATROSE if added to the syrup in the "A"  Pan , the quality of sugar can be effectively increased.

DOSAGE :   

PATROSE should be added to the "A" Pan containing sugar syrup at an quantity of 1 KGs. per 50 Tons of masseccuite. It is  to be first diluted at an ratio of 1:20 parts with water then should be added to syrup.

SANDFOM-99

ANTIFOAMING-DEFOAMING AGENT FOR USE IN DISTILLERIES & SUGAR INDUSTRIES.

Foam during the fermentation in sugar factories & in production of alcohol is highly complicated problem. This foam generates at an natural level because of gaseous presence during fermentation. During fermentation of molasses in sugar factories and distilleries, a large amount of foam is generated in the fermentation vats owing to the type of fermentation being followed. It is also an essential part to control the abnormal level of foam to find out the high productivity. Traditional method such as, using Turkey Red Oil (T.R.O.) for controlling foam in sugar factories and distilleries has become out dated because of its oily nature and it further stands injurious to the end product causing foul odour and color.

SANDFOM-99 is a matchless and highly meritorious antifoaming and defoaming till available in market, SANDFOM-99 prevents the undesired foam and subsides the abnormal foam without the fermentation process as an catalyst.

GENERAL PROPERTIES :

Appearance  : Clean (on lower temp. hazy), viscus milky white.

pH (1% aquous solution) :  6.5 to 8

Solubility : Easily soluble in water at all concentration.

DOSAGES :

SANDFOM-99 stock solution clear + water mixed as required quantity to find out the 15 % to 45 % concentration of SANDFOM-99 mixture.

Ready SANDFOM-99 mixture is then added to the foaming surface in fermentation vat at regular intervals, to bring the foam in vats at normal limits. For antifoaming SANDFOM-99 mixture should be added at short intervals regularly up to the process. All this process depends upon various local factors and will be determined as on experimental basis.
