2. HDPE helmet made from light weight, high impact/ chemical resistant, high density polyethylene thermoplastic. These help\met are provided with :
(a) Head harness with sweat band, adjustable nape strap secures helmet firmly in position and eliminates conventional chain strap.

Goggles and eye shield :
1. BOCAL GOGGLES : With two eye cups and elastic head band. Arrangement to change the 50 Ø round lenses. Can be offered with clear / colored glasses. Useful for grinding, gas welding etc.
2. LEATHER CUP GOGGLES : Anti-dust goggles with aluminium ring in one piece leather with ventilation. 50 Ø round lenses. Can be offered with clear / colored glasses, replaceable. Useful for grinding, gas welding, furnace observation etc.
3. RUBBER GOGGLES : Gas tight rubber goggles fitted with glass/plastic lenses. Have adjustable elastic head band. Useful against Gas, Chemicals, splash.
4. PANORAMIC MARK - I : Flexi-fit panoramic goggles are light in weight. Eye pieces are of PVC body, well ventilated and have adjustable elastic head band. Available with acrylic/polycarbonate visors. Useful against chemical splash.

TOUGHENED LENS :

Toughened lenses are impact resistance lenses. Normal glass lenses are processed to rearrange their molecular structure to withstand higher impact. Toughening increases the clarity of the lenses by 3-4% and surface becomes 12 times more scratch resistant. Toughening does not change the power of prescription lenses, their shapes or color. TOUGHENED LENSES can be tested for toughness by DROP BALL TEST based on the most rigid impact test for toughened lenses in the world; American federal standard Z 87-1/1984 i.e., 1" steel ball weighing 70 gms. be freely dropped from the height of 50" on the outer surface of the lenses. Our spectacles type safety goggles with toughened lenses are ideal for operations like grinding, buffing, polishing, furnace and foundry observation, machining, chipping, welding, chemical handling. |

ladder, upper ends are sliced and provided with screw / spring hooks.
Length of the ladder can be as per user requirements. Ideal for working at heights, maintenance, works in reactors or tanks. NYLON SAFETY NET : Made by 5/6 mm nylon rope with 4" square with each joints. Knotted and
border rope of 10 mm dia with loops provided at four corners and in between, depending on the
size of the net. Standard sizes are 6' x 6' or 10' x 10' or as per user requirements.
Safety Belts :

1. GENERAL SAFETY BELTS : General purpose harness, man hosting safety belts is used for all general duties where mobility is essential. Consist of one waist belt and two shoulder straps attached with three adjustable friction buckles and 'D' ring at the back to attach life line (rope) with hook. Available ISI 3521 marked ready made nylon belt with 12 mm P.P. rope of 10' length and screw hook. 2. FULL BODY HARNESS : Ensure safe fall protection to arrest falls and facilitates rescue and evacuation operations. Product design ensures sufficient distribution of fall impact to various parts of human body. 3. FALL ARRESTORS : On sensing a fall, the device locks immediately against the anchorage line and restricts free fall. When clasped to an anchorage line, it moves freely with the user, upwards and downwards, along the rope. We also offer Linemen's safety belts, window cleaning belt, Bosain chair type belts as per customers need. |
